Orange Miso Dressing
This dressing is wonderful over noodles, bean salads, as well as cabbage slaws.
Serves 6
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons mellow white Miso
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped white onion
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
