Sesame Miso Ginger Dressing

Sesame Miso Ginger Dressing

As a foodie and wannabe chef, I am super proud of this dressing.  It is a little labour intensive for a dressing, but well worth it. I originally made this to go with the Warm Winter Kale Salad, but it goes great with any steamed green including broccoli, kale, chard, spinach, collards, etc.

3 tsp miso paste
¼ cup grapeseed oil (could use Canola or Safflower instead)
1/8 cup and 1tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar (if you only have seasoned rice vinegar, use it, and omit the honey below)
¼ tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tbsp roast sesame seeds
½ tbsp honey

Roast sesame seeds for about 10 minutes at 350˚, then grind up slightly with mortel and pestel .  Add to the rest of ingredients, whisk together, and enjoy.
